We won’t be offended if you go straight to the client and services list as a short cut to finding out what it is we do.

But for those sticking with the longhand version it should come as no surprise to find that our approach revolves around three factors:

Understanding - Gaining a clear insight into the product, the market place and the consumer.

Strategy - Developing a plan to achieve defined objectives based on professional experience, intellectual rigour and proven marketing practice.

Ingenuity - Transforming our strategic thinking into ideas which arrest people’s attention, convey compelling messages and earn a response.

We call this process applied creativity - a marketing led approach to the creation of distinctive communications.

What really sets Factor 3 apart however is how we do what we do.

Client centric servicing means our response is tailored to meet individual business requirements; developing or shaping our systems, structure or staffing to deliver the agency service each client requires.

By way of example, Pegasus Retirement Homes has outsourced its marketing department into Factor 3 to streamline administration, improve control and drive efficiencies.

For LivingWell health clubs, we jointly developed an online purchasing system for marketing material to better control and co-ordinate the communications of 80 health clubs.

For Lloyds TSB we employed temporary staff to complete an intensive literature review project to tight timescales.

We offer a through-the-line, rapid response agency service to leading brands such as Cheltenham & Gloucester and Platignum pens, yet we also have sole proprietor clients who dream of becoming a brand.

Not the largest project we’ve ever undertaken it’s true, but a clear demonstration nonetheless of our design ability and service flexibility.

The identity and literature were designed for Putty, a fledgling marketing consultancy hoping to fill the gaps in companies marketing resources.
