Established in 1770, Bradfords has 27 branches in the south west and aspirations to become the UK’s largest independent merchant.
Following a pitch process, Factor 3 was appointed to implement a new brand identity and manage marketing across a wide range of media covering press, radio, literature, POS, signage, website and a CRM programme.
Our key insight was based on Bradfords’ unparalleled package of heritage, expertise, staff knowledge, training, service quality and delivery promise.
This was translated into the strapline ‘We know building’ to convey a true sense of empathy and the associated benefits of dealing with Bradfords.
We created an impactful, consistent and sustainable look and feel that was embedded in the visual language of building and put the brand’s iconic yellow colour at its heart.
