  Choraline records and supplies classical music rehearsal CDs to singers, choristers and choirs around the world. A niche market you might think and  rightly so, but nonetheless it comprises individuals who are passionate about what they do and demand the best – a passion that Choraline shares.

Under new ownership and starting from scratch, the website was the first and key piece of collateral to refl ect the new brand, designed by Factor 3. But the simplicity at the front end of the site belies the wealth of technology developed and delivered behind the scenes to provide a full e-commerce solution that also handles multi currency and territory detection, MP3 digital assets, as well as traditional mail-out functionality.

Stock management, telesales interfaces, delivery notes and warehouse pick list capabilities have all been accommodated, while reporting modules allow managers to analyse sales across a range of criteria. The CMS allows for easy and responsive updating of the site by the client, at every level. So, what started as a brief for an e-commerce website has effectively turned into the creation of an online business system. But the graft has been worth it with business busier than ever before.
