This was brand building from the ground up, sparked by the introduction of a unique product benefit – a stay-clean coating applied to all shower enclosures – and by the desire to target consumers directly for the first time.
A new name, changing from Provex Products to Lakes Bathrooms, was the first building block, swiftly followed by a fresh corporate identity which began the transformation from trade supplier to legitimate brand.
A trade campaign launched the new company and introduced its exciting plans for growth which included an arresting consumer advertising campaign, a new brochure, DVD demo movie, website and POS support.
The website itself is being constantly developed in response to our findings from the Analytics. The customer journey in particular has been improved to aid the sales process with evident results.
