How did we make winning more fun for Boo Homes?

One of the things we believe makes Factor 3 different and better is that size (client-wise) most definitely isn’t everything. We of course devote considerable resources to our big spending clients, but we don’t pass smaller clients to juniors, dial down our creativity, or treat them with any less care and professionalism. We gave Boo everything (including creating the name Boo because their houses are full of delightful surprises) because they are local, they are passionate and clever about what they do, and they valued our input.
