The Brewery is now Cheltenham’s premier leisure and retail destination – an exciting mix of cinema, health club, retail and restaurant outlets.

The diversity of that tenant mix, a limited marketing budget and a secondary location (tucked away behind the town’s Lower High Street) presented an interesting challenge for the management team and Factor 3, as we sought to marry a complex mix of demographics and brand appeals into one engaging campaign.
