Our selves
We were born in 1996. Conceived here in Cheltenham by three people with different skills and experience gained in major agencies and on major accounts but with a shared passion for making effective creativity a rewarding process.
A factor is defined as ‘a cause or element that contributes to a result’
, so Factor 3 it was.
Our aim, then as now, was to harness creativity to improve the bottom line for clients who appreciate the value we can add to their marketing.
And here we are some 15 years later, still delivering and still changing to meet tomorrow’s challenges. We’ve moved, we’ve grown, clients have come and gone, children have grown up and our team has become like family.
We’re independent, secure and operate from our own building which, like a good football ground, acts as a twelfth man for our team with ample parking on-site and Hotel du Vin opposite.
The team is 18 strong, split roughly 50/50 between creative and client services. It may sound small but every member of that team is a crack operator in their field. Plus, the people you meet will be the people who work on your business — committed, able and enthusiastic.
Importantly to us and to our clients we’re also members of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising — so important in fact that we’ve devoted a page to its benefits.
To a large extent of course, who we are is who we work for and we’re proud to have been chosen to work with every one of our clients.
We believe in their products too. We bank with Lloyds TSB, we have C&G mortgages, we buy Lakes shower enclosures, visit Cheltenham Racecourse — you get the picture. Quaint perhaps in this day and age but we think it makes us better advocates.
We don’t specialise in one particular sector and we’re as adept at digital as we are brochure-ware, branding, advertising, DM, design or P.O.S.
