Platignum Pens
Platignum Pens, established in 1919, was very much a sleeping brand, left behind by the power of American brands and yet still held in some affection by people of a certain age. The Platignum fountain pen was once found at the bottom of many a school pencil-case.
In defining the brand for its relaunch we tapped into its unique British character and history.
The William Morris inspired wallpaper design, the quirky product numbering and a certain British brio (based on a history which included making spy pens during World War II) created a real impact in the marketplace.
