Much as we cherish our full service, long-term client relationships, sometimes a one-off project proves good for the soul.

What was involved?

In paper, as in so many B2B markets, premium brands are fighting to defend margins and share from cheaper imports and to preserve the differentiation which justifies their reputation and pricing.

The brief from International Paper referenced life-like colour, a phrase which provided the spark for our ‘unbelievable quality’ proposition and a striking collection of images which imagined that the colour reproduction was so accurate that paper images could pass for real life.

With a tight deadline and tighter budget, original photography was a non-starter, so we created each image in-house at Factor3 using carefully selected but otherwise standard royalty-free images and a lot of retouching skill.
