In web design, as with house design, the magic often resides in the architecture not the build.
As the digital world continues to turn, morph and advance, so more and more companies find themselves where Jablite did: with a website no longer fit for purpose – behind the times technically, clumsy to update, almost impossible to optimise, and hampering the brand rather than being its heart and soul.
The team’s brief was to address these issues and more – transforming the company’s online presence in terms of engagement, accessibility, user experience, brand salience and content management.
The construction sector is notorious for its complexity: an audience of influencers, specifiers, merchants, installers and end customers; and product ranges with potentially hundreds of options, tech specs, case studies and more.
Our approach, just as an architect would, was to engineer this complexity into a cohesive, elegant, intelligent and efficient whole. Calling on experience gained on similar challenges for Telent and RMD Kwikform, we created a user interface that speeds access to information, whether by product or application. That foundation is complemented by technical resources, case studies, industry news, informed views and a brand tone appropriate to the UK’s largest producer of EPS insulation products and civil engineering solutions.
