If you could be famous for anything what would it be?
If I could be famous for anything I would be famous for being ‘funny’. #BigHead. A few people in the office have said that they think I am funny because of the little weird comments that I come out with. I couldn’t recall what any of them are, and you would probably have to have been there. But let’s take their word for it.
High heels or flats?
I live by the London ruling over this, and the girls out there will understand. I wear heels for my meetings and flats the rest of the time. I need to be tall enough to look my clients in the eye, and wearing flats is helpful for when I am running around the office.
Most positive motto?
“It won’t take you long” (the studio aren’t so keen on that one) and “We are where we are, let’s just crack on”. A studio person once said that they liked that I compliment their work. So I am taking it and rolling with it.
What do you enjoy most about working for F3?
Factor 3 has such a great atmosphere, where everyone just wants to do the best job that they can. I can’t think of anything more motivating than that. I also really like the accounts that I work on. Oh and Cake Fridays and Thirsty Thursdays help.
What do you do at Factor 3?
I am an Account Executive. I mainly work on Kensington but occasionally work on a few other accounts and projects. Nick will tell you that I don’t make enough tea, but mainly I look after the clients and project manage their work. Coordinating with my Account Director, Studio, Digital, Production and Finance, I make sure that my clients’ projects are completed on time, on budget and on brand.
Nickname if you have one?
Being a Gloucester Girl, my nickname is Gemmerrr. Because all Gloucester people over pronounce their R’s – obviously.
Where do you come from?
I am from Gloucester, but I will tell you that I live “near Cheltenham, have you heard of it?”
