Cashmere or silk?
Depends. If we’re talking sweaters, then its cashmere. Knickers, then silk. Cashmere knickers would be awful. Probably.
Favourite song writer?
Kelly Jones, Stereophonics. One day we will be married.
Potato (I’ve been a veggie for 17 bacon-free years).
What do you enjoy most about working for F3?
The people – both the F3 team as well as our clients – they’re all great to work with: bright, collaborative and insightful.
What do you do at Factor 3?
I think a lot of people ask this question, especially Nick and Ade. My job is split into three – I’m account director on some awesome accounts – Kensington / Investec Mortgages and Rapid Racking; I’m responsible for HR – recruiting, organising reviews and hopefully making sure people are happy. And finally I’m a shareholder so I sit on the management board and contribute to the operational side of Factor 3. Oh and I also organise our Christmas parties and corporate hospitality.
Nickname if you have one?
Vickers. As in ‘Vickers, Vickers, show us your knickers’ (with thanks to Mark and Rachel Chicken).
Where do you come from?
Well. Born in Derby but lived most of my life in and around Cardiff (hence the accent). So a bit EnglishyWelshy. Which means I support Wales in rugby and England in football. You definitely can’t support England RFU and live in Wales, I think they deport you.
