Inspired by a product truth, our ‘Property stories better told and sooner sold’ reveals the story behind the typical estate agent description of a property, revealing the real-life events which all houses have been witness to.

A long established estate agent in the South of England, Andrews was keen to raise its profile in the highly competitive London property market and drive footfall to its South East branches. We successfully pitched for the task, proposing posters as the most effective medium, and creating a powerful proposition from insight into the depth of property knowledge held by Andrews’ staff. The campaign went on to win a Best Marketing gong in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
