Brand strategy and development

Initially briefed to source imagery for the company’s website, our input grew into the development of a design logic for all communications material, liaising along the way with agencies worldwide.

Having teamed up with us to create a powerful equity which differentiated them in the credit insurance market, Atradius wanted to refresh things in response to internal feedback, a deeper understanding of their brand differentiation and a changing world.

After considerable exploration, international telecons, some heated debate and finally consensus, we retained our distinctive mono and red images as the heart of the brand realisation – continuing to provide a striking and ‘ownable’ Atradius look. A more human face reflected the strength of people as a real brand asset, and rewritten guidelines reflected the transition to predominantly digital communications.

Winning made more fun

What’s more fun: creating something all shiny and new, or seeing the value in something established, repurposing it for the now and valuing it all the more? On this project, our heart said one thing and our head another, so we explored both just to help the client be sure.
