For approaching 20 years, we created every facet of mortgage and savings marketing for the building society as was, and bank that it became, right up until its eventual sale and closure.
Working as an extension of the client team, we helped to manage and create every facet of a dynamic marketing calendar, originating new campaigns every six weeks, running on average over 500 ads every year alongside POS, DM, new product development, customer insight and much, much more.
In many ways C&G was the birth of the philosophy and many of the ideas which underpin winning made more fun. We ran inductions for every member of the client team (numbering over 100 over time) so that they always knew how to get the best from Factor 3 and their budget. We seconded our staff to C&G to run major projects and we helped them establish an in-house studio – advising on people, equipment and salaries. But mostly, we became a trusted partner; we never flagged, never became complacent and never gave less than 100%.
